Week of November 5th – Feel Peace


  • Create quiet by turning off your TV, radio, or other source of noise for 1 hour. Challenge yourself to do that every day this week!
  • Be Still and Silent for 10 minutes today.
  • Renew your meditation practice and challenge yourself to meditate for 10 minutes every day this week.
  • Take a nap.
  • Take a walk in nature.
